USA Volleyball Girls' and Boys' 2016 Junior National Championships Will Take Place on Sport Court Volleyball Courts

The 2016 USA Volleyball Girls’ Junior National Championships will be held in Indianapolis beginning June 25th, where more than 15,000 girl volleyball players ages 12 to 18 will compete. Competition will once again be played on Sport Court® playing surfaces, which have transformed the sport of volleyball to allow for concurrent match play in a convention center setting.

Volleyball Hitting and Serving Tips and Drills for Beginners

Soon, Sport Court is headed to the USA Volleyball Open National Championships. It’s one of our favorite tournaments because it demonstrates that volleyball is a lifetime sport! We have a few tips for those of you beginning your volleyball career in hopes that you will fall in love with the game in your backyard and one-day play on the courts of the Opens. Last post, we discussed the basics of passing and setting. Now, we will go over the basics of serving and hitting.

Sport Court Courts Makes History with USA Volleyball

As the Official Court of USA Volleyball, Sport Court is providing over 70 volleyball courts for the 2014 Girls’ Junior National Championships (GJNC). To commemorate the impact Sport Court has had on women's sports, this years event will also feature three limited edition pink courts to represent Sport Court's 40th anniversary and the 40th anniversary of Title IX.

Home Court Advantage for Loyola Leads To National Volleyball Title

When men's volleyball teams from Stanford, Loyola of Chicago, BYU and taking some notes from the women earlier this year, Penn State take the court at Loyola University of Chicago's Gentile Arena, a pristine court awaited them. The Sport Court volleyball court surface featured zoned coloring. “We created a two-toned court so referees and ESPN2 viewers could better differentiate the zones of the court,” said Danny Lahr, Events Manager for Sport Court.

NCAA Women’s Division I Volleyball Championship to be Played on Sport Court Courts

The 2012 NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Championships to be held December 13 and 15 at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, KY will be contested on courts from Connor Sport Court. Sport Court is once again featured as the official playing surface of the Championships, as well as the Regionals held December 7 and 8 at Haas Pavilion in Berkeley, Calif. ; CenturyLink Center Omaha in Omaha, Neb.

Sport Court Courts Highlights the NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Championship in San Antonio

Sport Court Named the Official Playing Surface for Volleyball Canada

The selection was announced by Mark Eckert, Executive Director of Volleyball Canada. “This agreement is the result of a long standing, beneficial relationship with Sport Court,” said Eckert.

National Volleyball Championships Played In Atlanta On Surfaces Provided By Sport Court

POSTED ON 6/23/11 | The 32nd Annual Girls’ Junior National Volleyball Championships will be played in Atlanta, Georgia from June 25 through July 4 on surfaces once again provided by Sport Court®. Forty playing courts totaling 150,000 square feet are being provided by Sport Court for the 32nd annual event, which was formerly called the USA Junior Olympic Girls’ Volleyball Championships. Teams must qualify to compete in the national championships.
