NORCECA chooses Sport Court as the official playing surface

POSTED ON 12/5/09 | Sport Court® and the North America, Central America and Caribbean Volleyball Confederation (NORCECA) today signed a long-term contract naming Sport Court the official playing surface for the organization. The joint announcement was made by Cristobal Marte Hoffiz, President of NORCECA, and Ron Cerny, President of Connor Sport Court International, the Salt Lake City-based manufacturer of Sport Court playing surfaces. “After reviewing many different sport surface options, Sport Court was selected because of its superior performance and safety characteristics," said Hoffiz.

Soccer City Holdings LLC (SSCH) announced its state-of-the-art facility will be dedicated to indoor five-a-side soccer, a small-sided version of the game officially known as futsal. “Futsal is the official indoor or limited space version of soccer for FIFA, the International Football Federation.
