Sport Court Volleyball Courts floored the Hershey Center in Mississauga, Canada for the Men's and Women's World Championship Qualification Tournament. Held every four years, the World Championships for volleyball are second in significance only to the Olympic Games, making qualification critical for all federations. This decision comes as FIBA seeks to elevate the brand identity of the FIBA Basketball World Cup by creating consistent, uniquely-branded playing surfaces of the highest quality across multiple venues. Connor Sports will execute that vision by supplying custom-made and specifically-designed portable QuickLock™ wooden courts to each of the six host cities of the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup in Spain.
Beyond Sport, ESPN and Sport Court teamed up to build a new Sport Court outdoor basketball court for the citizens of Philadelphia’s North Side at Heritage Park. Philadelphia Parks & Recreation Department volunteers, Sport Court representatives and neighborhood youth, teamed up to install a Sport Court outdoor basketball court. The court donation, funded by ESPN, was made in conjunction with the 2013 Beyond Sport Summit, which focuses on delivering social change through sport.
