This year Sport Court worked with the Nancy Lieberman Foundation and World Ventures Foundation to build four Dream Court projects across the U.S.
Projects included:
- Dream Court Long Beach, NY: Actor Billy Crystal donated $1 Million to renovate the basketball courts at Long Beach Recreation Center that were destroyed in Hurricane Sandy.
- Dream Court Maui, HI: To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the EA Sports Maui Invitational, the Lahaina Civic Center received a new Sport Court basketball court to support youth basketball programs run by the county Department of Parks and Recreation.
- Dream Court Denver, CO: The Owen Boys & Girls Club (Boys & Girls Club of Metro Denve) received a new Sport Court basketball court for the kids to have a safe environment to play.
- Dream Court Nashville, TN: The 450 children of the Andrew Jackson Boys & Girls Club (Boys & Girls Club of Middle Tennessee) received a Sport Court multi-sport play space designed to promote physical fitness and fun.
The Nancy Lieberman Foundation was established with the mission to provide a healthy, physical, emotional and mental environment for young girls and boys to build their self-esteem and confidence so they will be able to make the right choices in the future.
Since 2010, Sport Court has partnered with the Nancy Lieberman Foundation and the WorldVentures Foundation to create a safe, fun place for kids to play through the DreamCourt program.
