When people think soccer, they typically envision a wide expanse of green. But this weekend Sport Court refitted a turf field, with its two-layer modular flooring system, for the U.S. Youth Futsal National Championships at New Century Fieldhouse in Gardner, KS.Futsal is a fast-paced version of soccer, played five-to-a-side on a smaller court, with a hard, flat surface. Sport Court’s modular flooring creates the ideal conditions for the futsal game and its players. Sport Court not only provides a fast, consistent surface, its shock-absorbing qualities create the safest surface for youth to play sports.
Sport Court has been partnering with U.S. Youth Futsal for these championships for the past several years, says Jon Parry, President of US Youth Futsal. “Sport Court has been a great partner, very helpful to work with, and we appreciate them providing a surface that works so well for our sport.”

One hundred fourteen teams from all over the country will contest their championships on the Sport Court futsal court over Presidents weekend, with the championship games in each age group held on Presidents Day.
