How does the “Legion of Boom” bond outside the locker room? They spend time hanging out at Richard Sherman’s house on his custom Sport CourtⓇ game court. The Seattle Seahawks Cornerback, worked with Sport Court of Washington to build a Seahawks themed game court in his backyard. That way the L.O.B. could come over and shoot some hoops when they weren’t defending the football.

The street hockey rink at Watkins Elementary School and Recreation Center in Southeast Washington, D.C. is getting resurfaced as a part of the National Hockey League's (NHL) Winter Classic Legacy Initiative, an on-going philanthropic endeavor in which the NHL, local club - in this case the Washington Capitals®- and other league partners support community organizations in the host city of an NHL event.

On the Sport Court ® basketball court, team Sao Paulo edged out Santos in a one-sided 21-12 win in Sunday’s all-Brazilian final in the park known as Aterro do Flamengo, one of the venues of the 2016 Olympic Games, with the Sugarloaf Mountain on the horizon. When schools experience back to back flooding, like Liberty Elementary in Harrisburg, South Dakota, they begin asking themselves questions. Is it worth the continuous refinishing costs and massive renovation costs experienced after a flood to have a wood gymnasium floor? The Superintendent in Harrisburg decided the answer was no, he then selected a Sport CourtⓇ gymnasium floor for its low maintenance design. "We're not putting in another wood floor, we're going to put in Sport Court and so if it ever does flood again, hopefully that never happens, but if it does then we will not ruin a floor," Holbeck said.
